"Went here after cruise to stay overnight. Got there around 10, the check-in was 4. We stored our (many) luggage to William, who was just pleasant and friendly. Katherine at the front desk was extremely helpful with absolute EVERYTHING! Used their free bikes for 1 hr, free beach chairs and towels before checking in, which was much earlier than 4pm. The location is excellent, lots to do. We pre-purchased breakfast, which was at a nearby restaurant. Good value, I think...."

"This hotel is very cute. The room was clean and had a small balcony (side note it had no outdoor seating or stools). The room also comes with free water, a coffee machine and a mini fridge. "A fair review. Left the UK and arrived at miami for 2 nights at hotel break water. We were given room 436. This was in a separate building. We was abit skeptical after seeing the reviews about mouldy smells and dampness in rooms. With loud music playing until early hours. Room we was given was a very spacious size. With a large king size bed. No bad smells no mould found in the room. heard no noise from outside bars...."

"This is a classic Miami hotel but with an amazing bar service. The Service guy (part of the management I think) and argentinian was absolutely great and took really good care of us. He even respected happy hour for us, not so common in Miami Beach. Will be coming back for more drinks."
